Workforce development platform built for outcomes-based financing — used by governments, foundations, and corporations to fund training programs and only pay when results are achieved. The platform handles the full project lifecycle: setting up outcome-based projects with milestones and disbursement rules, enrolling and managing students, collecting evidence, reviewing provider performance, and disbursing payments to providers upon verified outcomes. I architected the entire monorepo, built the shared design system with Storybook, and led frontend development across charts, interactive data tables, and payment flows via Stripe. Also worked on the backend students module — Excel bulk uploads and complex filters.

Marketing and corporate website for Forte Global, a workforce development consultancy helping governments and organisations fund skills training through outcomes-based financing. Responsible for the overall layout and page architecture, integrating DatoCMS for fully dynamic content management and HubSpot for lead capture forms — allowing the marketing team to manage pages, blog posts, and CTAs without touching code.
